Nina Bruhns – Dead Sexy
Award-winning author Nina Bruhns has penned more than thirty books. An industry pioneer, Nina worked as an editor for one of the very first e-publishers. Because of her background in screenwriting, she has had the opportunity to work with Hollywood legend Blake Snyder, as well as the phenomenal writing teacher and coach David Freeman. She is also the long-time organizer of the renowned Lowcountry Jumpstart Masterclass and Beach Retreat. Find her on Twitter at @NinaBruhns.
Nina is seeking category-length romantic suspense of all kinds. Her personal favorites are intimate strangers, alpha heroes, special-ops, westerns, fast-paced adventures, and hot, hot, hot. She doesn’t love kids and babies on the page. However, for Dead Sexy, the Nina Bruhns Collection, she is open to seeing pretty much anything—as long as it’s compelling and well written!
Anna DeStefano – Dead Sexy
As a best-selling, award-winning novelist, Anna DeStefano has published fourteen category romance novels with Harlequin/Silhouette, and two mainstream sci-fi/fantasy novels. She’s a freelance fiction editor and senior technical writer, and the former President (and a current board member) of Georgia Romance Writers. Find her on Twitter at @annadestefano.
Anna is looking for fresh voices and out-of-the-box suspense stories that meet the Dead Sexy guidelines, while still surprising her. She loves strong characters and classic romance hooks that twist in new, unexpected directions. Make her become a part of your characters’ reality. She wants to feel their breathless responses to each exciting plot twist. Anna loves both edgy and sweet stories, as long as the emotions you paint are real and larger than life. Sexy is great, but on every page make Anna’s heart pound and her mouth water for more of your story, as well as your hot, hot, hot romance!
